State manamgement in diversification of credit activities of commercial banks in hochiminh city to the year of 2020

The thesis "State management in diversification of credit activityof banks shares trade in the area of Ho Chi Minh City to 2020" has achieved a number of results as follows: First, systematize issues of diversifying credit activity and specify the content of state management in diversification of credit activity. Determine the evaluation criteria, the factors affecting to the results of state management in diversification of credit activity of commercial banks. Refer to the experience of Asian countries with similar conditions to Vietnam and combines international experience with the specific situation in Vietnam. Second, by analyzing the situation, the thesis determined that credit activities of commercial banks in HCM City have not been really diversified and state management in diversification of credit activity of commercial banks in HCM City in the period of 2006-2012 still have certain limitations by assessing the results of state management in diversification of credit activity of commercial banks in HCM City. Therefore, improvement of state management in diversification of credit activity of commercial banks in HCM City by the particular solution is a critical requirement. Third, the strategic direction of economic development, of the banking industry development to 2020, the economic context in the current period and the banking system context that is in the process of restructuring activities, are background for the thesis to determine targets, view and orientation of state management in diversification of credit activity of commercial banks. Thereby, the thesis proposes complete solutions for state management in diversification of credit activity of commercial banks in HCM City to 2020. State management in diversification of credit activity is a fairly wide content that has many complicated problems, so the thesis tried to show the main content, but there are still certain shortcomings due to limited study time. In addition, it needs to be contributed, guided by teachers, scientists, managers and experts in the banking sector, the author will try to improve the defects in the later study, contributing to the success of state management in diversification of credit activity of commercial banks in HCM City to 2020 .
